Sony Michel traded to the Rams (apparently for two conditional picks, don't know what those conditions are and what, if anything, they can tell us about Sony's chances of seeing a good amount of playing time).

Good news for Damien Harris, and has me nearing "no thanks" territory with Darrell Henderson.

Yes, I had Henry and him bring me all the way to the finals. I lost due to others crapping the bed but he is a real difference maker.

And what about Michel... are we drafting him over Henderson now?

I'm not targeting either of them because I think this has a near equal RBBC written all over it. But I think Michel will still be 2-3 rounds cheaper than Henderson. So I'd much rather have Michel at his cost versus Henderson at his (and likely won't have Henderson on any team because he'll go well before I'm willing to take him).

I have Dobbins in my keeper leagues. I'm in 2, and I drafted Dobbins last yr for this yr...UGH. Such a sad event, Pre-season games shouldn't involve starters.

Backing up Lamar makes more sense to me than any other team.

Back up QB has more to do with how similar they are to the starter than actual talent. There isn't many QBs in the league who are runners and average throwers who are on teams with playoff ambitions. And if you aren't a playoff team, there's no point in signing Newton.

Newton would have made $88,000 per game he was active in, and $3.5mill if he was involved in 60% of the offensive snaps. So the team does save some money with cutting him (cuts due today by 4pm)
