Yahoo commissoner question

In commissioner tools it allows you to 'Edit Rosters' under the 'Manger Other Teams' tab. But I cant see what powers that gives you because it's only accessible post-draft.

I may have a situation where I have to submit draft results before the offline draft is actually finished, and want to add the players to peoples teams afterwards (because you need to 'finish' your draft before opening night to week 1 to count).

Does this tool let you add/drop? Bypass waivers?

Would really appreciate some help here!

I don't think you have to wait until post draft if you have it set as a keeper league. You should be able to submit draft results as you go.

What I mean is I will have to officially click 'Begin Season' before our offline draft is actually done. So I need a way to add people's picks after I click Begin Season in order for week 1 to be part of our schedule.

Yahoo wants me to submit our final draft results before the 13th. Our actual draft may not be done in time. So I need to take control of the rosters and add guys after the season 'starts'.

If you haven't completed the draft no stats will accumulate. Once you have completed the draft yes, you can manage anyone's roster as if you owned the team. I'm the commissioner in two other Yahoo leagues that are draft complete and I can change active players, add, drop...all of it.
