In a Keeper League, who would you take in those future goalies?
1. Askarov
2. Kahkonen
3. Oettinger
4. Dostal

I need way more information to answer this. I'm in in 3 leagues, and the answer for each of them by league:
1. None - No minors
2. Any one but Dostal - Limited roster spots, and goalies specifically
3. All - Tons of prospect room
Need roster limits in total, and any limits on length of keepers, how many teams, number of starters at each spot.

What's your minors system like, what are the goalie categories, how many teams in the league and how many goalie slots per team?
^That would be the minimum amount of info needed to be added.

Yes sorry guys. They are 10 teams! 29 player! At least 12 Forwards, 6 Defensemen, 2 Goalies, the other 9 players the position does not matter. No Farm, No Reserve, No Bench. Only the best of each position are counted.

Okay it's a 10 team 29 player roster 'best ball' league with 20 scoring players.
I'd rank them:
Kahkonen
Oettinger
and that's it.
Dostal might get a game or two of playing time , but I think the Ducks 3 goalies are Gibson/Miller/Stolarz, so he'd need to play well in the AHL, and have an injury happen, and be the guy that gets called up.
Askarov is unsigned in the NHL, and would need to get signed, get out of his KHL contract, and have 3-4 goalies get hurt. No minors = don't draft anybody years away from a NHL contract.

The only one I'd want right now is Oettinger only because he will probably get some games in while Bishop recovers from injury. In a league this small, with rosters this size, prospect goalies are too risky to waste spots on.Originally Posted by rs421
