I prefer fantrax, it’s very customizable to what you want when creating a league.
There is dman scoring, unless the commish turns it off. As I said, extremely customizable.
I know this is a subjective questions but what sites are the best for Roto Keeper leagues?
The sites I know of are CBS, Yahoo, ESPN and Fantrax.
CBS is good but has a cost. Yahoo and ESPN seem very similar and are ok but I don't like how you cannot track/trade draft picks.
I have heard great things about Fantrax but one very odd thing, there are no defensemen points??? is that correct?
Are there other sites I should look into? What site would you recommend?

Fantrax is head and shoulders above the rest IMO.
Fantrax, and it's not remotely close. The only time I would choose another is if it's just a friends league where you know it's not too serious.
I prefer Yahoo for a variety of reasons - I don't play in overly complicated leagues and I like the record book stuff. I also think the app is very good, StatTracker is fun and it packages my NFL and NHL leagues in one app.
But in terms of customizability, Fantrax is unrivalled. You can even get in contact with the admins to see if they can change settings for you if there's something you need. My limited keeper league on Yahoo does its draft on Fantrax so that we can do it slowly (12 hours/pick in the summer usually). I find there are some errors/design flaws in the Fantrax website/mobile app that make me hesitate to move any league there permanently. But if you need flexibility, they're the site.

Fantrax, definitely some usability issues, but it's incredibly flexible/customizable, and their support is really good. I've never had them take more than a couple days to respond to a support ticket, and they usually respond within a couple hours.
You can definitely have different scoring for each position, and the categories available are extensive (Defensive Awareness anyone?).

I pretty much just use fantrax .
what do you mean by no d-men points scoring in regards to fantrax paddy ?
incorrect. Fantrax has Dpts. I'm in a couple league that scores them. Not only does it score them but you can weight them anyway you want.
totally customizable

Personally I like Fantrax the most. I find Yahoo to be more casual or used for mostly re-draft leagues.
Keeper and dynasty leagues are unequivocally better on Fantrax, bar none.
