As for the smoke and mirror circus, I think Trump finally realizes he can't win the election legally so he is moving this referendum to the court of public opinion.

Giuliani explicitly told the Judge in court the other day that, "This is not a fraud case". This is not a fraud case. Then he and the rest of the reject spokesmen from the island of misfit toys go on to hold a presser today where they claim fraud, fraud, fraud, everywhere.

Here is a clip of Giuliani saying to the the Judge in Pennsylvania, "This is NOT a fraud case."

This is just another in a long line of debunked conspiracy theories. "The Elite Strike Force Team", as Giuliani and Co. coined themselves, are just throwing any shade they can find to help them rile up their rubes in the court of pubic opinion. QAnon inspired drivel? Trust me none of these wacko theories like the Dominion voting machines or their ties to long dead Chavez are mentioned in an actual courtroom setting and the few less crazy ones that were brought up in court have been dropped faster than Giuliani's drawers.

Trump has given up trying to win this election legally. The Trump team has only won one out of thirty one lawsuits to date, and the case they won was effectively a nothing burger. Trump's lawyers in PA and in AZ both went on record in front of their respective judges and claimed, "This is not a fraud case". No, we have moved to a new phase of the Trump post election drama where Trump is actually the one trying to steal the election. Inviting the two GOP members of Michigan to the White house is an obvious attempt by Trump to subvert the will of the people.
