Can Mike Matheson be the lowdown player for two teams? That would be something.
Can his offensive game get rolling in Pittsburgh?
Kasperi Kapanen
Mike Matheson
Jared McCann
Dominik Simon
Marcus Pettersson
John Marino
I go in depth with my thoughts on a player for each team of the Fantasy Guide (pre-order here: https://dobbersports.com/product/dob...-hockey-guide/ - it's $1 off before September 30)
Please choose which of these players you would like some deeper opinions on for this year's Fantasy Guide...
Oh boy...this is a tough one. I may end up doing two for Pittsburgh, and the others will still get heavy analysis regardless. And yes, Matheson already appeared in the Florida section. I'm assuming that trade goes through.

Enough with Matheson already. Never has such an unremarkable player garnered so much attention. You'd think he played for the Leafs.
Matheson needs to play DEFENSE better, or he’s JJ-2.
I'm good with either Kapanen or John Marino.
I don't think the world knows enough about Marino... who played at Harvard, but had Adam Fox amassing the PP1 points in front of him (all 3 of his years there).
Obv, any new winger to PIT is also a good player to cover.
I voted for Marino, because I think he's highly underrated... but speculating on Kapanen would also be oodles of fun!!
!!
I voted Marino, but there were so many great choices in my opinion.
