Haha... two of our 3 league trades.
One of which involves Jimmy Graham.

    Interesting Jimmy Graham story:
SOME (?!?) of you may remember Season 4.
We had this "writer", whose name I shall not mention, that had a very abrasive personality who was promoted after winning Tier II in s3.
Well the guy gets the #1 overall pick - take Jamaal Charles - and made a bunch of other really good moves. He won s4, then departed.
But I butted heads with him... hard... dude is/was a pretty enormous self-centered db who basically, indirectly, dubbed himself god's gift to fantasy football.

Anyways, IIRC, mid-season... Bomm sends him Jimmy Graham (who was one of the two premier TEs in the NFL back then)... for... some back-up RB for the Chargers - who did absolute SHIT after Bomm acquired him.
Bomm and him are both "fantasy football" "writers" for the site at the time.
I believe it was the most *Lopsided/Unbalanced/Head-Scratching* trade the Dobber leagues have ever seen.
Everybody except the two trade parties pretty much agreed.
And... ss many know - we only do a handful (2-10) league trades every year, being a 1-year pool with relegation.

And I always thought... (and I do *love* Bomm, good guy)...
    but I always thought...
the fantasy gods are going to make him pay for this trade...
    Maybe not today...
    Maybe not tomorrow...
    But some day...

    Apparently... s10.
j/k - just messing with ya bomm.
Hope you are back up in a future year!!!

I also have the most trades in the league if anyone cares

    3. 41 - Ridley - Love him as a breakout
4.44 - Kupp - Elite when he plays. Hated the RBs at this point. Makes me wonder if I should have went 2 RB to start here?
5.69 - Ronald - Hunt went right before me so I needed a RB big time. Hoping for big things.
6.72 - Higbee - Gah. Don't love this now. I thought someone like Dobbins would last longer but he went with the next pick.
7.97 - Cohen - Took early season play in hopes Montgomery is out.
8.100 - Ben - QBs were flying so had to take one. Pittsburgh should be really good this year.
9.125 - Kirk - Love the upside in this offense
10.128 - John Brown - Just took best player IMO. Hoping Allen throws more.
11.153 - Gio - my first injury replacement. Mixon always has issues so hoping this pays off.
12.156 - Snell - my second injury replacement. Conner always has issues so hoping this pays off
13.181 - Armstead!!!! Woohoo. Bye bye Fournette
14.184 - Howard - my third injury replacement. Gronk always has issues so hoping this pays off.
15.209 - Boykin - Late round flyer for year 2 breakout.
I have no idea how I'm a playoff team. Thank god for Mike Davis I guess? Those few great weeks really saved me.

    Yup rookie showdown!

I am pretty happy and surprised to have made the playoffs considering where I was in week 7. Chubb and Ekeler had just gone down within moments of eachother with what looked like serious injuries (they were, but luckily not season ending). By the end of week 7 I was 12th place I believe. So it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I was even thinking about the playoffs. I was just trying to stay above the relegation cutoff. And its crazy to think I was either going to be anywhere from 7th or 4th depending on week 13. A tight packed league - I'm glad to be sticking around for next season.

I'd also like to thank my bye week filler QB, Derek Carr, for an impressive performance.

Now I get Extreme Frostbite - oh well I least I made it haha!
I have a long history of being terrible in the playoffs, so I wouldn't be too worried lol

I remember when he picked him, I was like "Who is this?" - but I quick got the tactic after that season!!!

I found great value doing that with Lamar Jackson last year (I finished 2nd) and with Kyler this year (1st regular season).
I think one of the hidden strategies in fantasy football IS to get that ONE QB... because holding just one bonafide QB opens roster space for stocking hope&wait&pray young RB/WRs that might rise during season.
It's great strategy, and Kyler was definitely the guy this year (snagged him from me), but you are mistaken dear friend, I was the one that did it with Lamar last year after Mahomes the year before

We don't need to rehash things, but f that guy lol

Well, really did not expect to save the #1 waiver priority all year to use it on a WR that I drafted, but here we are. Curses Will Fuller, every NFL player does PEDs how are you dumb enough to get caught.

    ^Some points from the Ram-D!
You've leveled the projection advantage for pmorrow.

Meanwhile... I blundered myself by picking up a CAR-D that I won't use... because I'm not playing this week.
    D'oh! Waiver priority burned. Bah.

And took Car from me this week forcing me to take another dst...NE. Rough Thursday night, but could have been worse. 4 pts in a blowout loss isn't a total disaster. Next year I need to pay more attention to my Dst. I blame it on my injuries preventing me from stashing a solid bench

A rookie in the semis is pretty good going regardless of who wins!

Fingers crossed man. I can't believe I have 4 somewhat reasonable RB starts... Thanks to injuries of course. But Davis and AP should do well. Hope I choose right.

Looks like I might have my usual kind of week. Which isn't going to be enough this time. What a big afternoon from your team HR. OOF.
