I almost got beat by a kicker this week.
Barely squeaked out a win (103.90 - 102.82) over the CMC-less Turtles.
On the "He got lucky" side: Prater 16pts vs Fairburn 1pt @ Kicker. Rex "Jekyll/Hyde" Burkhead.
On the "I got lucky" side: That Kyler Murray TD (worth 5.7pts)... + obv, him without CMC
On the "I did my job" side: NO-D... 14pts, nice add. Kalen Ballage... 12.7pts, nice add.

6-4... into playoff territory!

Ya, I was lucky to have it end up as close as it was.

My last minute Rex Burkhead add really paid off. That was hail mary and the only thing that kept me in it.

Losing David Johnson for 3 weeks hurt as well. He was at least steady if not spectacular. If CMC isn't back this week I'm going to have a hard time avoiding relegation with his week 13 bye looming.

Me? You need to go back through those standings! I think I've been above 13th place for all of one week so far this season.

My top 2 picks have played a total of 9/20 games so far, so I've been in scramble mode since almost the get go!

Fournette hasn't quite worked out as I had hoped for a 3rd round pick. Ertz, being a 5th round pick and supposedly the 3rd best TE heading into the season, was supposed to be a rock for me but was more of an anchor. Another waste of a pick. Sony Michel, albeit a mid round pick, hasn't played since week 3. Just a crap year for me.
