No Save Dave finally got into a game and looked worse than Talbot, if thats something you can believe. Both were terrible but the Flames were their own worst enemy last night with stupid penalties.

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Geeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Saw 3-0 and thought we had a Game 7. Oh well. I think Dallas is Avalanche fodder anyway....
For a team to put a 3 goal lead on the board with their backs against the wall in an elimination game is huge. Then to give up 7 like that? If I'm the GM I see a team that just quit and I look for "culture change". Rough.
Pavelski moving on! My boy!
Great fight by the Dallas "second line" of the patch-in (Kiviranta) with Pavelski-Gurianov... oh man, those two might be hitting a stride!
Calgary... oof... tough series loss with Matt Tkachuk going down.
That blown game is going to leave a seriously rotten taste in the mouths of Flames fans with regard to their goalies.
Talbot is UFA... he just signed his walking papers.
Rittich has one year left.
Gillies is a UFA G6.
And GM has to save face...

2020 Summer Signing Prediction:
Holtby to CGY: 5yr x $6m = $30m.
Welcome (back?) to Alberta (sort of), Braden Holtby!
And to think they were 12 seconds away from going up 3-1.....
Holtby, Lehner, Markstrom, Greiss, Murray/Jarry would likely all be on their radar. Something tells me they'll write a cheque of 6mill-6yrs and just leave the name blank and see who wants to sign it.

Warms my heart to see the Flames bomb an elimination game like this
Anyone is better than what we have. No disrespect to Talbot, as he really did give us a fighting chance most of the series, but I want a legit starter. I want Calgary to finally make a move for a big name tendy. Not fill that spot with maybe's and cast offs from other teams. It seems they do everything half-assed and I'm tired of it.

I am not sure goaltending was the Flames biggest issue in the playoffs. How many even strength points did their two "best" players have in the final series? The answer is visible down below.
Did you find the answer?
I have Gurianov in my league where we keep 1 rookie, i have several other good rookies (Samsonov, Elvis, Yamamoto) so this may just raise his stock for potential offseason trades.
I doubt any of these UFA goalies will get a Bob-like contract so something like 6m x 3 years is reasonable in my books for Lehner for either Alberta team. I believe Markstrom will stay with Vancouver, Holtby wont be worth it.
One day I will quit fantasy hockey, today is not that day.
