Carolina looked good... we know Boston can be good in playoffs. This one is going to be a back and forth battle. Canes in 7 - in OT... cause that's just plain out the best case scenario for a hockey fan!
Another rematch from last year.

I like Carolina for this one. Boston is going to need a game or two to get up to speed, and by then it'll be too late.
Canes in 6.

I took Carolina in 7 but this is going to be the hardest series to pick from the others IMO. Both teams are very good!

I din't realize i'd be picking with the consensus, but I went with Canes in seven. Enough depth to persevere over the Bruins.
Canes are going to be the popular pick here but I still like Boston. I think they had their 2 games to get back into it, and even though they lost, they're going to be ready.
I especially think they won't love that plenty of people will be picking the Canes here.
Bruins in 6
Canes are too good, take it in 6
This game goes to 7,
Boston always goes to 7 in the first round, doesn't matter the opponent.
I hope they win, but have a Scott Walker deja vu vibe here. Canes in 7.

BOS in 5 thanks to a series of random coin tosses.
They just announced in the Tampa/Columbus game that the NHL is prepared to start games as late as 11:00 pm local time. Wow.
