I would go with Podkolzin.
But that might have some recency bias on how well Svechnikov has adjusted to the NHL. I have heard comparisons to him and Podkolzin.
Given what we know of their teams, and potential line mates, Podkolzin seems like the better pick, but I wanted to get some opinion on Caufield and if he can be a scorer in the NHL. I don't think he can help enough in other areas if he can't be that big time scorer. Problem is, he won't have the C to be feeding him like in the USNTDP.

Suzuki/KK can be good with Caufield IMO
31 TEAMS keep all multi-cat (lot of them) dynasty

Caufield is still the pick in fantasy. Nothing has changed in the last year or so.

Caufield for me
I love Pods but I would trade him for Caufield.

Caufield in fantasy
Here's another vote for Caufield.
I have to agree with others that Caufield is still the right choice. I dont like Montreal's ability to create offense under Julien, and the only real center they have that I like for fantasy is Suzuki so there's still a chance.
Podkolzin could face issues getting into that top six in Vancouver for a few years.

Points only, Caufield.
multi-cat league, Podkolzin.
i think Pod could become a monster multi-cat wise (hits/PIMs/etc) with his style of play.
Also, Mtl is not known to have 70+ pts players based on their system and style of play. Although anything can change once Caufield hits the NHL.
