Hall and Nylander (I assume we're talking Willie) are very close IMO. I'm going Nylander because of the rich scoring environment that he is in, I don't think Hall has that kind of support, certainly not in the desert and if he lands somewhere else it is likely that offensive environment is not equal to what the Buds have built . While I do like Mantha, I don't feel he is of the same caliber as either Nylander or Hall.

I agree with Bubba in that Hall and Nylander are pretty close, but for me Hall has shown what kind of upside he can hit while Nylander is fairly theoretical still. If both stay where they are I'd expect both to hit somewhere between 70 and 85 points.
Mantha meanwhile absolutely could hit those numbers too (and will be better for hits), but he has the least support of the three and has by far the lowest floor and least likelihood to reach that 70-85 point mark.

In a redraft league, I might roll the dice on Hall over Nylander. But in any sort of keeper league, I'm taking Nylander over Hall. (Mantha is third in both situations).
Hall will give more hits and shots, no doubt, but when I sit back and consider that Hall only has two seasons of 80 or more points

(Fat fingers)
...80 or more points... Heck, three of 65 or more... I just can't trust the guy enough to pick him in a keeper.
But William has no seasons with 65+ or more points. 61 points is his best season. Of course, last year he was on pace for in the 70's, but it still seems to me that William is a tiny bit of a wild card. He has shuffled around the line considerably in TO and been left off the top PP quite often. I assume that this season he will get top minutes and top PP time with exposure to Matthews, but it is not set in stone. Nylander is a bit hot and cold and could easily find himself riding the pine.
The problem in your set up with Nylander is he does not hit or block... almost at all. Where as Mantha hits and blocks the most of the three with Hall not too far behind.
Hall shoot almost 4 shots a game with Mantha and Nylander around 3.
Tough call.
Hall has the greatest name value and likely the highest ceiling. 85 is certainly possible with fantastic shot totals and decent hits and blocks. I think low 70's would be his floor this season if he stays healthy. Always a caveat and something to consider if you choose Hall.
Nylander could become an 80 point player but the jury is still out with 70ish a pretty safe assumption. No hits or blocks.
I think it is safe to assume Mantha can get 65 points this year if he stays healthy with a possibility of 75 if things click really well. Great hits and blocks. He is a wash with Nylander on shots. Another thing to consider is Mantha has LW/RW eligibility. A nice bonus in some positional leagues. Plus Detroit usually has a nice schedule. Extra games played is an important consideration in some leagues for sure.
Thus for me it is close. No huge separation between the 3. But if I had to choose an order:
Hall/Mantha
Nylander
I know in my case I am leaning toward Mantha. But I might be using my gut more than my head. I have to decide between Mantha and Hall too (see signature).
Mantha had 5.2 fantasy points per game in my league last year and Hall had 4.7. Though I believe hall had an atypically bad season. Nylander was a 4.9.
