Yeah Lehtonen sticks out on that roster as the bottom guy.

My other option would be Garland.

Lehtonen is the drop. For everyone else, I feel pretty confident that that player is going to be better than Lehtonen's best case scenario, which involves Rielly and Barrie retiring in the next couple of days.

I also can drop a prospect too to make room in my roster. For example Ian Mitchell. Is he better then Lehtonen?
I'm considering dropping one of Lehtonen and Mitchell. Next in line is Petersen and Garland, but I see starter potential in Petersen in short time, and Garland was one of the better Coyotes this year, so I'm thinking keeping them.

I'd then drop Mitchell, try to trade Lehtonen before the season starts, and then pick Mitchell back up. Neither of them is likely to be a difference maker in your league, but I think Lehtonen has more perceived value at this time due to his being a wild card and being on the Leafs.

Another vote for Lehtonen first and Garland second. Unless you can stash Lehtonen on your farm as well as Mitchell. In that case it's a flip of the coin imo. But if only Mitchell has farm eligibility, I'd drop Lehtonen. Getting something in a deal for one of these would obviously be nice, but I very much doubt that someone would actually pay something to acquire them.

We don't have farm spots, so everybody is in the main roster. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately trade is not an option, since I have to activate and make room for Tarasenko who isn't eligible for IR spot.

Considering the Leafs can't find the right blend of offensive icetime for Rielly and Barrie, I'm not sure how Lehtonen fits in there.
I prefer Mitchell to Lehtonen.
