Seems like last week Trump wanted troops on the border, now he wants to open it up.
Prolly so infected USA citizens travel to Canada to lower his numbers. Eye roll. Sarcasm. Anything to suggest I hate this mans logic

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Trump can open his border all he wants.
Right now, Any Canadian crossing for non-essential means would have to self-quarantine for 14 days on return.
Until the US gets their shit-show under control Canada won't be reciprocating that order. I mean... 2000+ a day dying and South Dakota Governor hasn't even issued a social distancing order.
Guess where the new hot-spot is in the US?

Politicians need to listen to some George Strait....

I have to admit, if I was forced to place a bet, I'd probably bet on the biologist, not the math guy.
But I still found this very interesting. Stats experts like Dobber would probably appreciate it even more than most (I assume).

Reading some of the points he makes (the statistician), it's remarkable to me that so many places weren't hit harder than they were. What's the explanation?
Even Canada - extremely late to react and yet the numbers, relatively speaking, are not nearly as bad as initially feared.
New York, as bad as it is, should have been much, much worse and is already leveling.
Singapore, Taiwan, Sweden - very little economic "shuttering" and they came through it all within the same chart pattern.
The shutdown in Israel is apparently going to cost them 20% of their GDP to save "1 or 2 a day" there. He called it a radical error.
"“But you shouldn’t be closing down the entire country when most of the population is not at high risk.”
I guess time will tell if he's right. Hindsight will assess whether much of this economic damage was truly appropriate.
Someone missed the point
