So I couldnt believe it this morning- I started reading the wranglings:
"If you are a Mika Zibanejad owner and you're in an important time of your season..."- I thought- Gaddamnit!! With my luck theyre going to say he got injured or expelled or something dumb. I just barely crawled into the last playoff spot and was down going into yesterday- lol! Ive lost Hamilton, EK, Tarasenko, Kadri- just lost JVR- to injury. Just bad bounce after bad bounce- lol!
And then I kept reading:
" you sure hit the jackpot on Thursday. Zibanejad scored five goals, including the overtime winner, while firing eight shots on goal in the 6-5 win for the Rangers over the Capitals..." I lost my mind!! Lol- he brought me back into contention and I seemed to get help from every player on my roster- Hornqvist (2g), Krug (1 and 1), Andersen (SO- without a W though :P ) even the depth pieces- Jarnrkrok, Weegar (!). All of it is moot though without Zibanejads HUGE night- I would have barely broken even without him. He single handedly put me in a strong position to eek out a win tonight!!
What a beast!! I acquired him in two leagues for chirp, chirp, cheep!!

So about that Zibanejad - Brassard trade a couple years back..
Is that debate about Brassard >> Zibanejad as a #2 C still a thing?
