    Default Final Keeper Decisions

    I'm in a 14 team league with 12 keepers.
    We start 4C, 8W, 6D, 2G -- with a 5 man bench, 5 IR, and 5 Minors

These are the following categories and point worth:

    Skaters: G (1), A (1), SOG (0.1), Hits (0.1), BLKS (0.1), PPP (0.5), +/- (0.25)
    Goalies: W (2), L (-2), SO (3), SV (0.1), GA (-0.5)

    Here's my team right now:

    C- Cirelli, Krejci, Aho (C,W), Miller (C,W), Giroux (C,W)
W- Forsberg, Gaudreau, M Tkachuk, Hall, Konecny, Lee, Rust, Bjorkstrand (IR), Toffoli, Pearson
D- Chabot, Pietrangelo, Ellis, Ekholm, Pulock, Parayko, Graves, Goligoski
    G- Price, Rask, Halak

For a 14 team league I have a lot of potential keepers. In bold are the locks. Who are the last 4 keepers?
Whoever I won't keep I can try to deal in the off-season for draft picks or a player upgrade.
First time using and posting on the forum, want to get some discussion going--Curious as to what you guys think.

    Thanks .

For a 12 team league, you seem to be fairly deep.

Apart from what the top said, I think Giroux and Forsberg could be considered. Might want to considered packaging to see if you can upgrade keepers.

    Forsberg Giroux Konecny and Lee.

Lee's a beast in this format...not sure how noone picked him.

That's tough. I would actually open up basically anyone except for Aho to offers. Guys like Gaudreau, Chabot, Price, etc, are better, but the ratio of what you can ask in return for them and then the value you have keeping the next guy in line vs what you would get in return for your spare parts might end up with you coming out ahead next year.

In an ideal world I would probably trade Giroux, Gaudreau, Hall, Chabot, Price, Pietrangelo, etc to completely stack yourself up on picks and then for the 10 keepers have:
Aho, Miller, Forsberg, Koneckny, Lee, Bjorkstrand, Tkachuk, Ellis, Pulock, and Rask.
Parayko is the next guy in line that I didn't list.

I agree with those who say you are deep.

I'd be very willing to shop guys if you can, looking for pick upgrades or to improve a keeper spot in a big way, particularly with somebody who is out for the year.

Lee's good in my format, but nothing special because goals and assists are weighted/worth the most. Take for example Pietrangelo and Ellis--both have more fantasy points this year, both at 1.44 FPPG compared to Lee's 1.21 FPPG.
