Trading for Turco

The league details are:
1 year Yahoo 10 team rotisserie league, scoring categories are: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, W, GAA, SV%, SHO
Positions are 2C, 2LW, 2RW, 4D, 2G, 4bench and 1 IR.

My team currently is:
C - Spezza, M. Richards, Plekanec, Mueller
LW - Vanek, Zetterberg
RW - St. Louis, Pominville, Dumont
D - McCabe, Souray, Meszaros, Pitkanen
G - Gerber, Ellis, Conklin
IR - Ryan Whitney

The other guys team includes:
C - Franzen, Carter, Toews
LW - Cammaleri, Prospal, A. Kostitsyn
RW - Satan, Kessel, Hemsky
D - Robidas, Visnovsky, Wideman, Niskanen
G - Brodeur, Turco, Legace

Although he seems to like Dallas as a team (according to the team name), I\'d like to try get Turco from him.

What do you guys think of an offer of St. Louis + Ellis for Hemsky + Turco? If you have other proposals, let me know.

I know I\'m thin on LW but hoping that Yahoo will put LW eligibility to Mueller (some forum members have been talking about RW eligibility) - any idea?

offer him spezza and gerber for turco and anyone , did\'nt show your bench players , if he\'ll give up hemsky that\'s great but i highly doubt it and if he\'s a dallas fan you\'ll have to over pay.a decent d-man would help you so shot for turco and one of his d-men(low end).

I would disagree. i would never even consider giving up spezza for turco. spezza is a first round pick in many 1 year leagues, and to give him up for a struggling goalie in hopes he turns to a career year is just plain ridiculous. If he\'ll take any of your goalies, i dont think you offer is bad. depends on who you want more, hemskey or turco, but from the looks of it, this guys team is thin on offence, so it may be wiser to go after franzen or prospal (god forbid the year on year off course........)

I agree you are offering too much if you offer a stud like St. Louis or Spezza. Who else is available on FA. Offer low for
turco..

From forwards Hartnell, PM Bouchard, Tkachuk, Ray Whitney, O\'Sullivan, Stillman are available. From Goalies Khabi, Budaj, Labarbera, Leighton, Auld and Halak are available.

I\'m going to try with Gerber first and let\'s see how the owner sees Turco\'s value.

Would you drop Plekanec for O\'Sullivan who is available based on the catergories above?

I like O\'Sullivan. Scoring is spread around in Montreal and it basically comes from one unit in LA. O\'Sullivan also plays with an edge.
