Is there not a better way to go for the win than dealing your best player? Seems counterproductive unless your wire is so barren that Bjorkstrand is a MAJOR upgrade over the xt best available guy.

How many do you start at each position?
Need to know who the 2 players you would be dropping are (probably Neal, Eller or Dunn) and who the new guys push out of your lineup to get an idea of the actual boost.
Off the top, I think your team is strong enough that you don't win this trade.

I wouldn't do this deal, but there are certainly ways to deal MacKinnon for value in a league like this.
You need to get one guy who is at least close to him at a scarcer position as a return. No FOW, so it's easier.
Want a Signature? Go to Settings, and you'll find Edit Signature down the list on the left.
No no no no no... You want to be the guy giving up three pieces to get a superstar, not the other way around.
I'm not going to argue that that isn't a decent offer. There are some good pieces being dangled in front of you, but neither Huberdeau or Kuznetzov would make me want to part with a 24-year-old MacKinnon in a dynasty league.
- I said... "God damn this tablet is heavy!"
It’s pretty tough to decline
Huberdeau Kuznetsov McAvoy a 1st and luukonen
For
Mack Eller a 4th and quenneville
Is it not?
Not so.
It's a lot easier to upgrade your depth pieces than it is to get back a superstar. If you feel you need more depth, then focus on that. By competing, you want to be the one getting the best player in the deal. If you keep trading down for more depth, you end up with the worst team. If you keep trading up, you end up with the best team. There is a time and place to be addressing a need (depth), but this doesn't seem to be it.

I completely agree, but how much of a downgrade is huberdeau to MacKinnon. I know Mack is definitely a top 5 guy but huberdeau is getting better every season and I’d say he’s probably a top 20 now. I can’t see the gap being that big that I wouldn’t want that depth especially considering Kuznetsov and McAvoy aren’t no slouches. Luukkonen is also a top goalie prospect and that 1st will be around a top 8 pick. I feel like that’s very tough to turn down, I don’t believe anyone will offer me near that for MacKinnon.

I understood your logic up until the last line. You shouldn't be making a deal just because you may not get a better offer. You should make a deal if it is a good offer and it makes your team better. You know your league best, and it sounds like you've already made up your mind on taking the deal.
All I am trying to share is a couple thoughts. One, I think you can and should get a better return if you're moving a top three player like MacKinnon, and two, I think there are better ways to improve your roster depth. I'm not saying it's certainly right, but that's my approach. It sounds like it could be worth exploring other options first.
