But like tweetdrivr said, why not include Ovi in the KHL? Why not include all the various leagues Jagr has played in? What about Bobby Hull in the WHA?

To try and have a somewhat serious dicsussion about this: I view the WHA as a different beast than the overseas leagues, because they merged with the NHL.

Every major North American pro sport has had a league merger. The term "fully" means just that, all teams merged in.

Baseball: AL & NL both fully into MLB.
Football: AAFC into NFL, then AFL fully into NFL. (I ignore the draft of USFL players into the NFL as a merger, as no teams came in. It could've happened, but a couple things needed to go right, and they did not)
Hockey: WHA into NHL
Basketball: BAA & NBL fully into NBA, ABA into NBA.

Different leagues treat different stats differently.
I'm fine with having a NHL-only and a NHL & WHA combined leaderboard.

I think the math might be off a little. That's more than a goal per game. He'd be scoring 82 goals each year at that rate.
