I think he may be worth a pickup at the expense of Eriksson or Raymond. He\'s currently getting a lot of time because of the injuries to Connolly, Gaustad, and Hecht. Once Connolly returns, expect his time to go down. Still, Connolly is a band-aid boy and Mac may be back up to his current minutes before you know it.

I\'m not an avid Buffalo fan, so my analysis may be a bit off. Still, I think this kid may be for real.

Thanks Esquire. I w3as thinking the exact same thing with Connolly and it wouldn\'t be too long until he\'s injured once he does get back.

Thinking of dropping Eriksson for him as Brunnstrom seems to have taken over his PP time and he\'s just not clicking with Ribiero.

I would say he could be come a Pominville-lite type of player. He was on the bubble to even make the team, and is only getting the minutes now because they need a 2nd line center. He was sort of a disapointment last year. He\'s not going to be a HUGE star like Vanek and Miller, or as big as Gerbe will become, but he\'ll get you decent enough stats.
