League settings and team in signature. Other GMs Arvidsson is hurt and doesn’t have room for him on IR. He’s looking to move him for a dman. Should I trade Werenski for Arvidsson and stash him on my IR?

Thanks for your response. Start 3 C, 3 RW, 3 LW, 6 D, 2 UTIL, 2 goalies, and rest are bench. My thought process is that I currently have the IR space and I think Arvidsson is the better fantasy asset than Werenski.
