Re: Marner Seriously Injured?
Sure does.
It feels like the life was sucked out of the Leafs who didn't have a whole lot of it before he exited. I'm hopeful he's back after a game, or two. He really wanted back on the ice but staff decided to exercise caution instead. Not sure why they even let him back on the bench. He went out and skated and then I guess the decision was made, not by Marner, to shelve him for the night.
Hoping somehow they were just extremely cautious and he might even be back in Chicago tomorrow, but not counting on that happening.
