I am leaning towards taking this deal then trying to shop one of my D, who would I drop and is this the best D you have ever seen on one team in a 12 team league???

The NHL should go back to being the NHL. If we want all these ***** rule changes then why not call in the European Hockey League. Monster hits and fighting are a huge part of hockey and it should be kept that way.

I\'d be keeping Staal aswell and trying to get better WINGERS. Timmonen and Liles aren\'t even top 10 for D-men.
Sorry to say but I have seen much better d-men corps in 12 man leagues.
In my one league \"12 owners\" I have Lidstrom-Green-Corvo-Chara. Sure its not the best but pretty good I\'d say.
Pronger would be nice but he is wearing down. Staal is a stud and will be for alot longer then Pronger is around..

I would much rather have Eric Staal myself.
As for your D... Timonen and Liles aren\'t great defenders, although Liles will have a great bounce back year this year under Tony Granato behind the bench, that Avs offence seems to be firing on all cylinders, if they could only keep the puck out of their own net.

Good choice on rejecting the D. Your D is pretty solid but I\'ve seen better. One of my team\'s D\'s is Phaneuf, Boyle, Campbell, Kaberle.
