It only makes sense for Minny to be shopping Gabby. As a Habs fan, I sure would love to see him in Mtl but only if he signs a contract extension. Thanks for the update.

Sounds like the Wild are shopping Gabby pretty hard, the article says top suitors include Montreal and LA (not that it\'s anything new) Wild apperantly interrested in Montreal\'s 07\' 1st round draft pick and MN native Ryan McDonagh.

And it sounds like Jacques isn\'t too happy about the play of some of the Wild\'s young guns specifically Sheppard, Pouliot, and Gillies

I would think he is going East as there\'s no way Minnesota wants to get torn up by Gaborik on a regular basis. I hope he gets moved soon though as the whole waiting game is not fun as a Gaborik owner.
Gaborik will not be moved before he returns from his injury and plays a few games.
That\'s if you believe he is actually injured ... DUN DUN DUN!

Like I mentioned in the other thread, no team holds a player out for GAMES prior to a trade. They will hold him out for one game and trade him the same day.That\'s if you believe he is actually injured ... DUN DUN DUN!
I\'m betting Gaborik gets traded closer to the deadline, not now.

Yeah I actually agree with you as well, but this while Gaborik business just seems stinky all round.
