I can't see Neal's production continuing, and like you said he is nothing more than a PP specialist who doesn't offer much cross-category coverage. I'd drop him.
I'm going to put a claim in for him tonight but I'm torn on who to drop. To me it's between Neal and Brown. Neal is red hot but is almost exclusively a PP specialist, where Brown is a multi-cat, cat, that has seemed to have found his scoring touch the past two seasons. I'm leaning towards Neal personally. I actually have 2 claims in, one is Hutton for Edler, the 2nd is Domi for Edler and, as a backup incase the Hutton one goes through, Domi for Neal. I hope to grab both.

I agree with your logic and would drop Neal. I too don't see him continuing with the PP goals at this pace and a drop off is coming soon.
I just looked more closely at Neal's numbers. His shooting percentage is utterly unsustainable at its current 38%. That will drop to his career norm of 11% in a hurry, and with market correction I'd suggest he will be in for a major cold spell soon.
The Oiler's power play production percentage is also in line for a major market correction. I think their PP is running at over 40% right now (or close to it...I looked at the list quickly). That will revert to a more typical 20% soon.
Odds are that Neal will end up with at most 50-55 pts, and that is likely a stretch (under 50 is more likely). So, if he already has 8 pts, that suggests at most a meager 42-47 pts to be stretched over the remaining 76 games, or less than a point every 2nd game. Dark times ahead for Neal.
Domi's current numbers are also a little unsustainable early on (5 pts in 5 games and a shooting percentage at 23%), but it is much easier to conceive Domi scoring 65-70+ pts to suggest his value for the rest of the season is higher than Neal's. Plus, Montreal's PP is succeeding at a more typical 25% early on, a number that will drop a bit, but not as much as Edmonton's.

Yes i would also drop Neal do get Domi
So I kinda messed this one up a bit. I actually thought I had a better chance at grabbing Hutton, but he was grabbed by another GM, so, I ended up dropping Edler for Domi. I now have a trade offer out, Neal for Hutton. Thankfully I was able to take advantage of Edler's huge night last night.

I see Brown being more consistent throughout the season and Neal having these spurts and then going quiet. I would drop Neal for Domi.
i'm not sure why Edler was on your drop list when you count blocked shots.

I don't want to carry 5 D, we only slot 3.
