Alex Lyon
What are the chances he's the backup soon, maybe next year?
Elliot is in his last year and oft injured, is Lyon the guy or someone else? I have Lyon stashed on my farm but could use the spot for a higher upside play.

Lyon is 26 and likely labeled an AHLer at this point. It could happen, but I would think it's Elliott again or a new free agent signing.
Charlie Lindgren was also being groomed for a long time, with one of his yearly salaries being one-way. Look how that turned out for him.

He just got dropped in my 24 team dynasty. I would look for someone with a little more upside.

Last year was Lyon's shot, really with all the injuries.
I think he's the first callup in case of injury, but it's unlikely he sticks as the backup next year. He is still on a orster in one of my dynasty leagues, but it's not mine. I dealt him last year as part of a deal to get McElhinney.
