I think I'm the only guy posting who'd take Elvis/Gusev here. While he is a goalie, he looks like he could be starting this year. That's exceptionally fast to know what you have, and if you are lacking goalies, getting one who in a draft who can be useful now and in the future is really good.

It does depend on your team, though. You might be able to move down & get Elvis.

He's ultra skilled. In pools where I missed on Turcotte, I grabbed Zegras. He might be more skilled than Turcotte... time will tell how it pans out. But landing either will result in a happy owner

Sure and both are in great position considering they won't have much opposition taking over a first line/ 1stpp once they will be NHL-ready

dead heat currently. Zegras has PIM potential as a noted agitator. I'm a Kings fan and took Zegras.

Music to my ears! In my points only league a week ago I had the 7th overall pick and was targeting Zegras going into the draft. Made a trade at the draft and also acquired the 4th pick... picked Turcotte and Zegras in that order. I am a happy owner

As for the OP question...Definitely Gusev and I'd probably take Turcotte as many have said. Merzlikins is an interesting option but I'm not high on Columbus this year.

Turcotte and Gusev/Comtois. You can always trade Gusev if you think he's "old" when he produces. I'd go younger with Turcotte and Comtois if he's there.

So I took Gusev and Turcotte, next round Ty Smith and Sorokin, pretty happy with the haul having four picks in the first two rounds.
