W. Nylander
Fiala
Boeser
Gusev
Konecny
Vrana
are a few that immediately come to mind
As the title says, who do you think is a winger being drafted in the 3rd round or later that will make themselves a first round pick by next year?
Examples of what I'm talking about:
Last year: Rantanen, Marner, Draisitle
Past few years: Kucherov, Tarasenko, Pastrnak
Some people that I'm thinking it could potentially be: Landeskog, Guentzel, Huberdeau, Meier, Debrincat
W. Nylander
Fiala
Boeser
Gusev
Konecny
Vrana
are a few that immediately come to mind

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I like Boeser if he can stay healthy.
Kakko should hit the ground running.
Kravtsov will be overshadowed by Kakko. Both could have very good rookie years though. This might be a Marner/Nylander situation like Toronto had a couple years back. I prefer Kakko but I honestly don't think you could go wrong with either. These 2 along with Panarin will be the Rangers top wingers for a long time IMO. Buchnevic will take a hit and I don't think he was as good as advertised anyway.
A. Svechnikov I think will take a big step this year.
Necas, a winger for now, could have a nice rookie year but probably 1 or 2 seasons away from a breakout.
Gusev should hit the ground running. I wouldn't exactly consider it a breakout at this point. He has come over at this age, he's pretty much a vet.
Vrana could take a step forward, all though I don't think he has the ceiling of some of these other guys. He should be a "nice" player eventually. So the breakout might not seem like much.
Konecny and Fiala I have concerns about as far as scoring. I am not sure Konecny will have same value in points leagues. But in leagues with peripherals, like HIT, PIM, he should have some good value. Fiala, I just don't like.
W. Nylander I think kind of has broken out similar to Boeser. Whether they can take that next step to superstardom is tough. I think Boeser has a better chance. But Nylander's floor is still pretty high. At worst he's probably a 2nd line winger.
I like Zadina to have a good rookie year. Not sure if we will see his best yet, but he could have a calder type year if it weren't for the likes of Hughes and Kakko.
Tolvanen I think has been overhyped tremendously. I would try to trade him now for one of these other wingers. I just don't think he has the ceiling of the others. I see him as a 50 - 60 point player at best.
Wahlstrom I think will take a few years but i do like his upside.
Both Tkachuks. I don't think you could go wrong with either one. Both might not end up top tier, but they will be at worst like 3rd tier and very productive.
Jason Robertson could have a modest breakout. Not a huge ceiling but maybe a nice player.
D. Gurianov I think will eventually be a nice power forward. Maybe like Kreider. Not superstar quality necessarily, but still valuable.
M. Comtois I think might be similar but he should arrive quicker.

Dvorak, Hinostrosa in Arz as well -- if Dvorak shows as C.. he's spending time on 2nd line wing in camp, he'll gain LW eligibility shortly. Not superstar status breakouts, but def. fantasy relevant at 50+pts

I like Sam Reinhart for a breakout, maybe not superstar level but 75-80.

The list the OP made in his intial post or the elite of the elite. People are referencing breakout guys that are between 50 to 70 points for the most part. If I had to pick a few people that could breakout to 70+ points which is top end company it would be.
Kyle Connor- Needs to get signed right away but could go 70+ points if he does.
Pierre-Luc Dubois- Going to be the man and a year older.
Jeff Skinner- 40 goal scorer last year slowed down a lot. 2nd year with new team.
Nikolaj Ehlers- If the contract negotiations linger for Connor/Laine.
Nino Niederreiter- A bit more of a long shot but scored at a great clip once traded.

Some of the lower end break out candidates in my mind that might slip to the later rounds are:
Mantha could have a big season (31 G 37 A 220+ shots 90 hits)
Niederreiter has shown great chemistry with Aho an if they stick together I could see a big season (32 G 38 A 220+Shots and 100+ hits)
Brady Tkachuk looks to be a beast in multicat. Very exciting player. (30 G 30 A 250 shots and 200 hits)
