(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I'm afraid I'm not offering much clarity
Varlamov - Trotz system limits shots... I think you can almost sub in Lehner's numbers last year to Varly
Mrazek - Team is on a real rise
Gibson - Anh will be awful
Schneider - big bounce back for him and the team
Markstrom
Raanta - Injury concerns... how many starts will Kuemper steal?
Dubnyk - Minn is not going to be very good this year

Gibson (the only top-tier quality goalie, so at least you get great SV%, hopefully very good GAA, SV for sure... W is the unknown, but they should still win 40%)
...
Mrazek (CAR is for real as a team. D is too good, which limits Shots... and, unf, thus minimal SV. Still slight risk on faith with PM)
Varly (NYI is solid, but Greiss may do just as well. Similar good D will limits shots, which means minimal SV/gp.)
Schneider (NJ is for real now... but may be timeshare. D is meh, which is good for shot/sv-volume.)
...
Markstrom (I know they still hope Demko will shine thru. I'm not sold VAN will fully take a step.)
Dubnyk (volume-starter... and I don't like that MIN D is good enough to limit SV... but if they don't score, no W. MIN stepping down a bit is huge step down in West rank. Dubnyk was AWFUL 5-on-5 sv% last year)
...
Raanta (sorry, I don't trust it with Kuemper threatening... and ARI D is still a big unknown)
Gibson - despite that hes playing for a bad team I feel like hes the best talent here.
Mrazek, Varlamov - could give you some solid peripherals. Can target as your 1st goalie(lower tier) or a strong 2nd goalie.
Raanta, Schneider - both with injury concerns but both showed solid numbers and a top 5 goalie potential..
Dubnyk - Markstrom - the teams they are playing for are not good enough. Both can be targeted as your second goalie(lower tier of 2nd goalies) or as strong 3th goalie.

Gibson - Anaheim will be better and he's already great
Dubnyk - Wild will not be good but Dubs could see close to 70 starts
Markstrom - he was superb in the second half and I see that momentum carrying through on an improved Vancouver team
Mrazek - I'm still not entirely on board, but I think he'll be the #1 on a very good team
Schneider - Also had a good second half and has a big contract to ensure he gets the starts
Varlamov - Last year Greiss started nearly as many games as Lehner, who was a Vezina nominee. I don't trust Varlamov and worry he'll be a 1B at best.
Raanta - I worry about recurring injuries and Kuemper outplaying him

My ranking based on your scoring system:
Dubnyk
Schneider
Gibson
Mrazek
Varlamov
Raanta
Markstrom
Based on your settings, Dubnyk was probably a top 10 goalie last year in a year that he was terrible. He has no competition in net in Minnesota so he should be should lead the league in games played again. That means he will do very well in wins and in saves. His save percentage will likely leave something to be desired but Minnesota does such a good job at limiting scoring chances that his GAA will be above average. That makes him a valuable goalie in leagues with 2 counting stats and 2 rate stats.
