Sanheim might be a good pick, and cheaper than Ghost or Provorov. Really hard to answer though since nobody knows who is kept in your league already.
My draft picks are a little low after last season's run. Looking to make some round picks on the back end that will pay off. I've got the following players so far. Curious to know who else I could/should add/remove from the list
Provorov (bounce back)
Ghost (bounce back)
Vince Dunn
Josh Morrissey
Shea Theodore
Aaron Ekblad
I think all of these will be available in my 7 keeper/14 team league.

Hronek has been a trendy pick to be the Wings next #1 D-man. I like Girard for points / PPP. DeAngelo could be a nice darkhorse pick for PP minutes with NYR. Gudas could be a sneaky option with your settings if he scores around a 30-point pace with WSH.
I like Theodore, Morrissey, Ghost, and Provorov more than any of these guys. Hronek has a shot at matching that kind of value, but he's really got to establish himself and I think he's another season away from that type of full-blown emergence.

I wonder which 7 you are keeping? With 14 team H2H, and if you start 2G a night, I gotta think you'll be keeping BOTH Price and BOB. Some tough decisions! If you lose too much of that nice blueline and all that's left in draft is what you have listed, then I would sling Morrissey straight to the top given your settings. Ekblad second... or even better - Nurse (if available).
Then look for a Petry/Muzzin/Pulock.
Provorov - you can wait and snag him as late pick that I think everyone will leave on the board for you. Professional Vorov will be AWESOME in your league one day... and being a Philly fan, I could see them stupidly letting him become that in another city (SMH).
10 Team H2H Points (Keep 1C, 2W, 2D, 1G, & 1 non-goalie):
G,A,+/-, PIM, PPG, SHG, GWG, OTG, FOWs, Hits, Blks, Maj, Mis, (bonus scoring for D-men makes them comparable to Wing)
Wins, Saves, GA, Shutouts
18 Man Roster (3 IR slots) Daily Start: 2C, 4W, 4D, 2G
C: Zibanejad, Thomas, Tavares
W: Stutzle, Robertson, Connor, Buchnevich, McCann
D: Makar, McAvoy, Josi, Theodore, Matheson, Harley
G: Georgiev, Binnington, Kochetkov, Andersen (IR)
Smart man. I know Nurse has been getting lots of love, but he drastically outperformed his actual shot contributions and xG metrics with the man-advantage last season. Klefbom is still easily the most proficient QB option for that PP1 until Bouchard establishes himself.

The bar on the left represents Goals For, and the size of the bar is how many standard deviations, plus or minus, relative to the rest of the league. The middle bar represents individual expected Goals (xG) impacts, and the bar on the right represents individual Corsi For contributions. Klefbom's Goals For numbers are better over a larger sample, but looking just to last season even Klefbom's individual contributions to xG and CF were much better than Nurse, who was actually below average in both measures. The numbers seem to paint a pretty picture, in which Darnell Nurse got very lucky to have as much success as he had on the PP1 last year.
Nurse is a fine player, but I don't think he's a long-term option to QB a powerplay.
