this wasnt a trade , but rather a bad pick in a fishbowl draft pool amongst friends in the mid-late 1990's
mike maneluk (flyers) was having a really good pre-season with the flyers . maybe I assumed he was a lock to play with leclair and lindros

Actually, I remember in a points only pool I traded Nikita Kucherov for Jonathan Drouin. This was in 2015 when Kuch scored 65 points. My team was re-building and I still thought Drouin would become a superstar. Safe to say I lost that trade.

About 3-4 yrs ago a GM offered me Kucherov and Morgan Rielly for Oshie. I said no (dynasty league). If only I'd hit accept!!! I don't have to tell you what Kuch and Rielly have done since...

While I think there may be a trade from long ago in my dynasty league that's in my signature, that league has very few trades, some years there are only 1 or 2. Nothing is screaming at me from my memory on the bad end (I've won some deals that would be absolute contenders if posted from the other side), so it's a deal in a multi-cat (has a cap, but it's pretty easy to manage) dynasty I joined last year.
