It's the third round of the draft and you have your first 2 picks in place and are looking for a forward to solidify your top 3 for the next few seasons.
Consider both having already drafted a centre and winger in the previous rounds as well as having drafted 2 wingers.

Hard to pass on schiefele here. Be nice to see the top defensemen available but even then schiefele is a can't miss.

Tkachuk for me. Scheifele has only been over 50% in the draw once in his career. He's a career 45% FOW, so you're not drafting him as a strength in FOW. Scheifele doesn't hit or block shots much either. I'm personally going with Tkachuk. But I don't think Scheifele would be a poor choice by any means.

Scheifele, Tkachuk and Guentzel if those are the only choices, but I'd also want to know the D and G available given that you've already picked up two forwards.Originally Posted by lucafen4

Hey you are mistaken FaceOffs % with FOW. In this case we are talking about FOW. Scheifele won 803 last season which ranks him 12th in the whole league. Its tempting to pick one of Guentzel and Tkachuk. Both are studs in your league settings but Scheifele is my choice.

I love both Tkachuk and Guentzel with your settings, but Scheifele is the right call here.
