I have the 4th and 8th pick in the 1st round of the draft so there is the opportunity to grab one or both of the bubble guys I don't keep. I'll leave my bias out of it and hear what you guys have to say. Stat categories pasted below.

I like the idea of having 1G - Hart's a really solid option. i'd be inclined to hold him as 1st option

TT would be my choice if you don't want to keep a G.

It also depends on how valuable G's are in your league and how big your league is - those factors will influence the need/value of holding Hart

I'd keep Teravainen and grab the best G available with your first pick.

Without knowing how many teams and the penchant for GM’s to keep a goalie I can’t advise whether to keep Hart or not.
If you’re confident in being able to draft a good goalie then I would keep the dual eligible TT. Teravainen

Honestly all of those guys aren’t very good! Do you have an option to trade for someone better ?? Or maybe move up in the draft and get yourself Kakko or jack Hughes ??

Would be informative if you put point values next to players (or even gave an idea of the top F scorer last year, versus D and G). It's so hard to know how various set ups value (or overvalue) goaltending. Without any additional info, I'd protect Hart. I'd also strongly consider TT over Nylander. I don't see how Ehlers even makes it into this conversation!!
