I've played in leagues like that, and I would definitely keep Binnington. It's definitely more of a risk, but so is a 35yr old goalie. If you have to re-sell one of them, Binnington's upside and keeper value will net you more.
With Fleury turning 35 this season, would you trade Binnington for Fleury?
I know people struggle with the rules setup of our league so I will try to break it down fairly simple:
Fleury can be kept for 3 more years at draft rounds: 7,5 and then 3
Binnington can be kept for 8 years at draft rounds: 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
Available goalies:
Elite goalies that are not eligible to be kept: Holtby, Rinne, Rask, Quick, Bobrovsky, Jones, Bishop

Another vote for Binnington. I really like the value you have him for.

With these settings, I'd definitely just keep Binnington. He nets you a bigger advantage from the draft table, and his contract situation (in your league parameters) is far more stable.

In 3 years, you can keep Fleury (38 years old) for a 3rd round pick or Binnington at a 14th round pick?
Why exactly do you want to make this move?
There is absolutely no reason to deal Binnington in this sort of format for anyone that isn't similarly super cheap to keep. That would be a brutally awful deal to make, so don't do it.

With this keeper set up it is easily Binnington.
