I like both, and I think Hart had both the better defence and the higher potential, but I like Grubauer next year purely because of the lack of goalie depth behind him. So 60-65 starts instead of 50 from Hart.

My 20-person Yahoo league, I had 34 picks as a gap every other round (watching ALL the hoped-for picks go one by one..... ) but the untimed slow draft SEEMS longer, and I sweat out my hoped-for list of 4 or 5 players. I’m happy I set up my own draft list, sure, but you guys are teaching me by your picks more often than not. I’ll do better this September for the experience — thanks !! Still I figure I’m better than an auto-draft... hopefully.

i actually forgot how long this takes..it is a good one though and really makes you think about players without actually seeing in a list of whos left available..i know the guys are trying to keep up in FanTrax, but i haven't looked in a while to see how theyre doin...

Yeah I have fully been going off the top of my head haha. Definitely a few players like Weber that have gone and I was left thinking "damn, if I would have thought of him I would have grabbed him at our last pick."

Next year, lets do it as a slow draft in fantrax!!
Fantrax draft room allows for a slow-draft. This would ensure rosters are not waiting on someone to enter them in (although I feel like they are getting entered pretty quickly) and the website also lets you know when you are on deck AND up to pick...

You can set it up for a 12 or even a 24 hour clock. You can also setup a queue to draft from if you don't expect to be around. It also populates your roster for you after your pick.

LOL! I have to keep track of my picks or I will get shagged up on who I've already drafted. Usually after my two picks that are close together are done, I start on my next list and hope they make it to me on the next go pass. So far so good, which makes me nervous because the only time I've been scooped was Larkin.

I always try and gut-check with those. Who am I going to be more upset at missing if they go with the next pick. Definitely tough.

Meh, Nurse thrived because of Klefbom's injuries. Not so sure he will put up the same offensive numbers if Klefbom stays healthy.
