Trying to build a trade package...

Hi all,

I'm looking to build a couple of trade packages and would like some feedback:

Trade Proposal 1:

Panarin + Quick + 2019 3rd Round Pick for Fleury + R.Thomas + 2020 1st Round Pick

Trade Proposal 2:

Panarin + Reinhart + 2019 3rd Round Pick for D.Hamilton + R.Thomas + 2019 2nd Round Pick + 2020 1st Round Pick

Trade Proposal 3:

W.Karlsson for R.Lehner

Trade Proposal 4:

Panarin + Jokiharju +2019 3rd Round Pick for Makar + 2019 2nd Round Pick + 2020 1st Round Pick

Thoughts?

I don’t see your goaltending as needing to be improved. In a 16 team league you have the best goalie and 2 solid starters.

Mainly, I'm looking to diversify my roster with players from team's I currently don't have players from and to acquire a pick from a deep 2020 draft class. I have 4 Ranger players as it currently stands and losing Panarin won't hurt me too much as I still feel I'd be a contender and can afford to gamble and load up my prospect pool or give me a bargaining chip at the trade deadline.

Frankly with that roster you could cut Panarin and still likely be the runaway winner of the league.

Seems as though you've been itching to make a deal around Panarin. I'm guessing if you're considering these that you're probably rebuilding? Although I'm also guessing golfguy is in the same league, and he seems to think you have the best team.

Haha nope. Not in this league. If I were in a 16 team league that had a team in it as stacked as he does, I would quit.
FWIW I’m doing a 24 team league draft with very similar stats. He has 11 of the top 25 picks from it. Although I see he has removed his team from his sig

I disagree that it's bad to have multiple guys from the same team, so there's no reason to trade someone just for that reason. If they're the better guy to own, they're the better guy to own.
That is of course unless you start four Dmen and decided to roster 5 D from a team like Cgy, Tor, or Nsh. That hinders your team. Owning three Fs and one Dman from the same team doesn't change much for you schedule wise.

Makes me want to make this deal to increase the parity haha. This league has been going for awhile so it was a lot of luck.
