From your prospects I would keep Sorokin, Jarry, Husso and Hill. Copley is 27 and mostly signed to be the goalie exposed for Seattle and I value the others slightly above Parsons.
I realized after this past season, I'm holding too many G prospects. I need to trim down 1-2 spots.

You can safely drop Parsons and Copley without regret.
I'd rank these like this:
Sorokin
Hill/Husso
Parsons/Jarry
Copley
So Copley is the clear first victim. If you'd like to cut two Gs from your roster, it's one of Jarry or Parsons imo. Personally I'd keep Parsons as I see more opportunity in Cgy. Also his draft pedigree is pretty high for a G (2nd rounder), so Cgy brass should be offering him his opportunities more readily.

I'd actually drop Parsons and Husso. Copley is the backup on a good team, and given your ability to activate a goalie from your minor roster for a week at a time, that gives Copley some decent value. In weeks when Washington plays back-to-back games, Copley will give you some decent stats.

I would be looking to package Greiss and a prospect for an upgrade there. I rarely drop players as it is a wasted asset. There is almost always a deal as long as you find the right partner and arent greedy. There are a couple of teams in my league with busted out G prospects and thats who I would target, or maybe someone needs a handcuff and you have the prospect.
In order of preference:
Sorokin
Jarry
Hill
Husso
Parsons
Copley
I like everyone you have in your minors somewhat, so I think Doug's right about trying to make a deal. I see "points only" but this about goalies, so scoring has to be different.
Copley & something to the Holtby owner for something better back makes sense. I don't see him being the guy in Washington, barring injury.
Outside of Sorokin, I'd be willing to see what I can do with a package trade.

If guys like Greiss, Kuemper and Howard are available on the wire, why would you want to keep more than 1 or 2 goalie prospects? Very few goalie prospects will ever become better than decent back ups.
I would rank your goalies as follows:
Jarry - because we will know if he's an NHL goalies by the end of October since he is no longer waiver exempt)
Husso - I am putting more value on the 4 years prior to the most recent one and am expecting him to rebound in a big way this year
Sorokin
Hill
Copley
Parsons
I would drop the last two right now as neither of them will be better than guys available on your waiver wire.
