Shetyorkin would be a good pick. Blackwood maybe.
I think my team is pretty set with Bob and Price for next season. I do want to pick up a third tendy though who is younger that I can hold for when he blows up. Maybe a backup waiting in the wings type situation. With Hart, Saros, Ullmark, Demko and many others off the board already as keepers for rebuilding teams, who should my target be? Maybe a Shetyorkin or Sorokin?

Be a lot easier if we had some sort of list of available goalies or kept goalies.
Right now we could fire 10 names out, only to hear they're all being kept.
If it's your 7 keeper league. There shouldn't be more than 21 goalies off the board. And if teams are keeping young G's... that opens the options up even more.

The goalies off the board should be as follows (if i'm looking at who people would likely keep. Could be a few surprises here).

Dubnyk
Gibson
Fleury
Hart
Blackwood or Crawford (guy is picking one of them likely)
Rask
Lehner
Rinne (one guy has lehner, rinne and rask)
Lundquist
Hellebuyck
Andersen
Murray
Bishop
Saros
Ullmark
Binnington
Demko

Grubauer

Definitely second this advice, although I place Varlamov ahead of Markstrom depending on the quality of team he signs with.
Also, the most overlooked option IMO is to own a high quality backup like a Halak, or if you own a top tier #1 starter to invest in their backup. Even though they might not start often, they usually offer fantastic ratios with the added benefit of avoiding a panic in case of injuries. When you have starters with a history of occasional knee & groin problems it doesn't hurt to cover your ass.

Can't believe Raanta hasn't come up yet. Higher risk/reward than some others mentioned, but his talent is worth swinging for the fences and the price will be cheap. I like him better than most of the other options being batted around here, with the exception of Rinne/Lehner/Rask guys scraps and maybe Markstrom.
