Drgger said on 1050 before that rumours that he and marner’s dad talk are absolutely not true...he didn’t have to say it either...according to him he only talked to marners dad once or twice and long ago...not during this process...
i tend to to think he would not lie like that as his credibility would be nothing if he was caught lieing about this...so where ever u got this rum or from is just that...rumour...

If it’s a leverage ploy by the Marner camp it’s so ham fisted and stupid it is laughable. The idea that he’s going to play in Switzerland is absolutely preposterous. If I’m Dubas I’m thinking “Really? This is best you can come up with? I’m dealing with an amateur clown show...”. So lame. If he really wants to leverage the Leafs sign an offer sheet. And there is no way Marner’s image hasn’t been tarnished over this. He looks like a jerk. Just like Nylander did. The average fan sees these guys getting paid millions to play hockey who hold out for a few more millions as spoiled a-holes.
