I like him but he doesn't make the top 15 for me. After that I would consider taking him.
It's still early, but where would you look to draft Jason Roberston vs the 2019 crop?

The problem with asking about already drafted prospects vs pending draft picks at this time of the year is most are excited about the shiney new kids so they have a bit of blinders syndrome if you know what I mean.
I think Robertson is a good prospect, and could turn out to be a better asset compared to some of the kids drafted early on but it's still to know for sure.
Are looking at a trade to acquire Robertson vs a pick or the other way around?

I would say somewhere in the 10-18 range makes sense for Robertson.

Looking to revive discussion after reading his profile in the Prospect Report. Do we like him that much? High-end blue chipper?

I still worry about his skating a bit, but his production cannot be denied. I think if he can manage to clean up his stride a little bit (who knows at this point) he could become a very effective scorer

It also helps that Dallas has top 6 winger spots open right now, he could be in the NHL next year, although I think him starting in the AHL would be he best for him especially his skating.
I'm pretty sure this question is answered in the Fantasy Prospect Report if you check the top 50 rankings there. Not to give too much away but I believe I had 11 or 12 draft-eligible guys ahead of Robertson on my top 50 ranking on the FPR.
At 15 Montreal took Caufield.
Both lethal snipers with skating concerns.
Where Caufield goes... Robertson should be a coin flip
