Yesterday, I didn't even know we started this draft.. Maybe hockeyrobot is in the same boat??

No, I messaged him last night and he got back to me. Must’ve been busy. I’d imagine his pick isn’t far away. Not a good start to the draft though, considering we have one week to complete it.

If HR hasn't picked soon, do we auto-assign him the highest point scorer from the regular season that is playoff eligible, skip him and he makes up the pick when he comes back, or just take him out of the draft list to simplify things?

Open to hearing opinions/suggestions.

Last two draft picks were out of order, a bit confusing.

Hockeyrobot is usually online more than any of us so he must be swamped at work or something. I think the bigger concern is what we should do about ZMac.

Don’t think so. Said he was boarding an international flight and would be out of country for the entirety of the draft. Said he would check in when possible.

I think it makes sense to cut him out. Unfortunate, but we're behind pace as it is. If someone else is going to be busy they can tag-team with him and cover more time of the day, but we're down to 13 teams now.

PMorrow just drafted a goalie tandem but I was under the impression we were selection individual goalies if picking goalies. Please advise. I'm sure if it's individuals his pick can be amended to just Vasilevskiy.

The rules do say that we pick team goalies and not individual ones.

Last two seasons, that's how it worked, you drafted a tandem. I guess we missed covering that this year. We will be continuing with the tandems. I don't think it has affected anyone's strategy to this point. Hope that helps.
