I think it's a pretty fair trade but I'd take the drai/forsberg side by a hair.

That was vetoed fairly quickly haha...

if I removed forsberg and konecny out of the deal and made it 3-3 would the draisitl side still be worth it for me ?

Certainly not a veto worthy trade imo. I don't love the trade for you without forsberg, he was definitely the pendulum swing in the deal. I'd ask for a breakdown on why that was veto'd and if I couldn't get something legit I'd consider finding a new league. It's no fun when you can't make trades.

I see Aho and drai close to a wash. Forsberg is the 3rd best player but then I have konnecny, gourde, and debrusk as 4,5,6.

I liked the original deal a lot more then if you took Forsberg and Konecny out. It's too bad the original deal was vetoed, it isn't so one sided that it's veto worthy (I'm personally against all vetos unless there's collusion involved).
I think you're getting more goal scorers in the original deal, so taking out Forsberg is losing ~30 goals where Konecny is ~15 goals? It looks like you're league scoring system has a small premium on goal scorers.
I think Drai has a slight edge over Aho since he scores more goals.
Gourde has a slight edge over Fiala due to his exposure to the TB studs.
Debrusk and Dzingel as even. Dzingels deployment is going to get worse with a trade and DeBrusks' got better with Pastrnak getting hurt.

Quit this league if that deal was vetoed.

That is correct, so I did ask for an explanation with the members in the group because I personally never felt it was one-sided and most common feedback on here has been this trade should not be vetoed. So their response was the PPG between on players don't add up and also players don't want to see me get better. I know, probably thinking what type of league are you in or how am I still in it! but as GM i will be removing the veto option next year because as I said to the members we are all in the game to win and improve and everyone has free will to make trades as well but its not fair to myself or anyone else if you are just going to veto a trade just because you don't want a player to get better (regardless if the trade is fair or not) a trade should be vetoed if you get a McDavid for chassion type trade.

anyways so I ended up getting the trade is done by doing 4-3 trading away - Konecny, Debrusk, Gourde & Aho for Draisitl, Forsberg, and Fiala. My main objective even if the first trade went through was dropping fila and dzingl or whomever the 2 were and now just Fiala because i have pasta & Crawford on IR and when their back I need to make room so now this frees me up.

While I get that aspect, using it to veto a trade is bushleague.
