Urgent Trade Advice!

I had another thread on this over in the Goalie forum, but I was able to land Bishop for Marchessault afterall.

Now I have the Kuemper owner willing to trade him to me for Rittich straight up. He owns Smith and would want to lock down their net. Should I pull the trigger?

He's also offering me Smith in a trade, in which case I could have the Flames Gs + Bishop, and look to flip Gibson.

Ahhh ok I thought that might have been the case. I realized I worded my question very poorly!

Checking over the playoff matchups now, Arizona only has 2 B2B's left while CGY has 4 (so Rittich should see at least two of them).

But the strength of schedule is definitely kinder to CGY (home games vs NJD, NYR, CBJ, and OTT during the last two weeks). Arizona closes their season out with 6 road games those weeks, with stops at CHI, STL, TB, FLA, NJD, NYI.

I would take Kuemper over Rittich. He's played well lately. It seems like Arizona as a team is starting to play better. They finished last year, post ASG, pretty well but I'm not sure how much was based on Raanta stellar play then.

Unfortunately the deal fell through and the deadline passed. Stuck with Rittich for now, so I need to hope Smith falters and he gets his chance to shine again...

Also hope Gibson can make a miraculous return to form...or maybe add Crawford and hope the same for him...
