Same for me. ANA has been so bad that it's hard to hold onto Rakell in spite of his skill and history. That said, a lot of bottom dwellers seem to catch fire after the trade deadline sell off (everyone's safe, nothing to play for but pride and spots next year), so if you can hold onto him, you might want to. Then again, your league looks pretty shallow, and I'm sure there's a lot of quality on your waiver wire, too.
-----------------
LEAGUE: keeper -- 6 keepers per year, no farm; roto; 10 managers, 18-man rosters; 2 C, 2 LW, 2 RW, 4 D, 1 UTIL, 2 G, 5 Bench; limits of 99 games per skater position & 82 games per goalie position; daily roster moves; max 100 waiver wire transactions per year; scoring categories of G, A, +/-, HIT, PPP, SOG, DEF (points by d-men), W, GAA, SA%, and SV.
ROSTER:
C: Draisaitl* (LW), Dubois, Nelson
LW: Svechnikov* (RW), Hagel
RW: Kucherov*, Tarasenko, Wilson, Stone, Laine, Reinhart, P. Kane (IR)
D: Fox*, Karlsson*, Chabot (IR), Faulk, Martinez
G:: Vasilevskiy*, Vanecek, Adin, Knight (IR)
* = 2023 keepers
I'll go against the grain a little bit here and say drop either Drouin or Dads.
These are all bench options for you so it's about who might get into your lineup most and produce.
No way I drop Rakell with that ANA off-night schedule (and potential to positively regress).
I probably keep Gally too just because of the SOG category... which on the surface looks like it would be the most valuable one for you. But if you find you're competitive in SOG with other teams in your league, then either Dads/Drouin over him would be fine too.
So my ranking (for your situation):
Rakell
Gallagher
Drouin/Dadonov
Good luck!

If you asked me at the start of the year:
Rakell
Gallagher
Dadonov
Drouin
I think it's now:
Drouin
Dadonov
Gallagher
Rakell
I'm a Rakell owner and currently hanging onto him hoping for some sort of regression. He has had two awesome years prior to this year. He is shooting ~7% compared to ~14% career but Anaheim is also horrible. I would recommend holding him if you stomach how bad he's been for a week or two more (I did notice how small your lineup is so it will be tough).
