Quick on the Wire
Team 1 in Sig; Quick is available, thinking of swapping for Talbot as my #3. Hesitation comes from the fact I already own Doughty/Carter, is this too much investment in a lackluster Kings squad? My thinking for taking him is that he is still playing better than Talbot with slightly better ratios and he does not have a Koskinen breathing down his neck. This team has rattled off 13 straight victories so not looking to shake up tremendously but Talbot not a big part of that success lol.

That's a no-brainer. Quick is a far better goalie, and they are about the same age.

I don't care if you have the entire Kings roster....Quick is a better own that Talbot. Period.

Get Quick on your roster. Talbot could be your drop but you have some skaters who could also be worth dropping for him. He's still a good goalie when healthy, even if the team in front of him doesn't exactly help.

thanks guys, Quick swapped in for Talbot. On another move with Chabot ready I am thinking of dropping Pionk, he's lost the top PP role to Shatt Deuces and has only put up 3 points in the past month. Gustaffson has established himself too much for me to drop now and Leddy has come around. Thoughts?

I would drop Pionk as well. Defense in that Leddy-Pionk range are only valuable if they're getting that PPP tick beside their points. Once they lose that most of them don't do enough to be worth owning.Originally Posted by LuigiC173

worked out beautifully he is out until after the break so I put him in my second IR spot and picked up Severson for tonight. Drop him once Chabot returns and deal with Pionk later.
