True enough. Maybe Sens see something in him that they dont see in McKenna and want that NHL asset in goal over a guy whos clearly an AHL goalie. At this point, I dont see why try though. This season is obviously a write off and Colorado is smiling all the way to the lottery bank.
Giving up draft picks is a bit of a head scratcher but I guess, in order to get a NHL quality goalie, that had to happen. The rest of the players in this deal are all AHL caliber.
