Shoeless\' prediction percentage is WAY out ahead of everyone else, VERY impressive. Notch and Dbellan fall out of the top 16 Myothersock, Hagarty, Dru and Dobber all enter the top 16.

Hagarty drops out of the top 16 along with Myothersock. Notch moves back in without doing anything this week and Yelloturtle joins him.

Notes from Week 15/16 Update:

Not a lot of changes this week. Caporalradulov jumps into the top 16 at the expense of dabomb2007. Shoeless maintains his grip on first overall and barring some kind massive failure in the last 6 weeks should win the regular season!

Ihearthabs is on the bubble for inactivity.

Notes from Week 17/18 Update:

Ihearthabs is eliminated due to inactivity - not a good week for Habs fans all round I guess. MolsonX and Dobber are both on the bubble.

Also of note is Shoeless is finally within striking distance of actually not being first in Point totals, with Dutch a mere 2 points behind him.

Finally duballstar is in the 16th spot (at MolsonX\'s expense) now on the strength of his picking even after having his score reset due to inactivity. If he can hold on he\'ll be scary for the playoffs!

Notes from Weeks 19/20 Update:

MolsonX and Dobber are both eliminated due to inactivity. Wayne_84, DigitalMonkey, Revengespoon are all on the bubble for next week.

I\'ll update each of the last 2 weeks individually since we are getting near the playoffs.

Dutch is now only 1 point back of Shoeless for the total points lead with 2 weeks remaining!

Smack1919 sneaks into the 16th and final playoff spot as duballstar014 drops down with a bad week.

Should be fun to watch the final couple weeks, there are a few people who could easily drop out or be bumped up!

Notes from Week 21 Update

Wayne_84, DigitalMonkey and Revengespoon are all eliminated due to inactivity.

Newcomer Mike Bossy joins the top 16 at the expense of Hockeyislife. I will be requiring Mike Bossy to make picks next week in order to qualify the Top 16, otherwise the next spot down will take the final playoff spot since I would like to see two solid weeks of picking by a newcomer to qualify for the playoffs and I\'d also like to be sure that they are going to be making their picks during the playoffs as well. This wasn\'t in the rules but is something I feel is only fair and in the spirit of fun for the game!

We are headed into the final weeks of picking and there are still playoff spots up for grabs. Also, will Dutch or Sleemans be able to pull off the upset in the Final Week and snag the #1 points spot from Shoeless? (I don\'t believe it is possible for him to lose the #1 playoff spot right now)

Notes from Week 22 Update

Shoeless ends the season in first place in both points AND prediction percentage. Whatever happens in the head to head portion of the playoffs, this is absolutely STELLAR and I have been impressed with his ability to pick consistently well all year.

It was super close in the end and thanks to those of you who played but didn\'t make the playoffs.

hey doulos, i was re-reading the rules...if a game goes into OT, does that count as a tie, or only shootout games count as ties?

Yeah just to clarify, only Shootout games are counted as ties (stupid Burrows and Demintra ruined that one for me).

Damn. I mis-interpreted. Something told me the NJ/PIT and CAR/TB games would both go to OT, and I thought I was earning pts calling both a tie. Oh well. I\'ll re-adjust next week.

Ah sorry about that. I should have made it more clear I suppose. I\'ll try and go back and edit the rules to make them clearer for future weeks.

And as a note, I am sure that I will make errors at some point. I have a bit of a system to try and make sure I don\'t but its not foolproof. If you notice any errors please let me know so I can doublecheck.

Shoeless wins the entire week for the second week in a row, and one has to wonder if he has inside knowledge that the rest of us are not aware of!

Dobber\'s anti-Doulos strategy backfires a little this week as I finally have a good week.

DobberHockey\'s own Notch struggles a bit this week as well.

The Total Scores are located in the first post of this thread. I will be adding a tie breaker rule for the top 16 ranks so that there will be no confusion regarding which people are ranked there come playoff time.
