I can't say I have seen Dunn play a whole lot, but what I have seen and from what others are saying, this guy does not look out of place on PP1. Morrissey is going to be a force, but it won't be this year, he is just buried too deep on the Jets blueline and PP1 opportunity will likely be very scarce. Dunn on the other hand is already there. Whether he can sustain this is unknown, but he hasn't stumbled so far. In a keeper I would want Morrissey for sure, but for this year, pts only, I'd be inclined to take my chances with Dunn.
