Hall or Stamkos

i am an admittedly bias Devils fan hoping to acquire Hall and wanted to know if it would be a wise move to deal Stamkos plus a kicker to get Hall. Would you project Hall to be a level above Stamkos this season or vice versa? I was considering using Buchnevic, Bailey, or O'Reilly as the add on in the deal.

No SOG category? Then I'M against that to make the move. Hall is one of the best in SOG
good for 270+ every season and the fact that you don't have that category is enough for me. I prefer having Stamkos + Buchnevic, Bailey, or O'Reilly than only Hall.

I guess Hall is supposed to be higher ranked than Stamkos, considering Hall scored 90 last year and won the MVP, but I still think they are fairly close in value. I'm not saying I wouldn't take Hall over Stamkos, but not sure I'd give up a heck of a lot for the upgrade. Buchnevich, Bailey, or O'Reilly seem a bit much on their own. I'd be curious to know who you'd replace them with on your roster, or would you simply be down a player.

The best players on the wire are Tatar, Silfverberg, Reinhart, Schmaltz, Fiala, Zibanejad, DeBrusk, and Rattie.

Stamkos is playing on the RW and if he stays there then it is inevitable that he should gain the C,RW eligibility on Yahoo. I wouldn't be so quick to move for Hall but its tough, they're both good players

I know, and it seems a little crazy to br trying to force this move through but I'm a Devils fan and would love to be able to watch games while rooting for both my real life team and fantasy simultaneously. I offered him Barkov plus Pacioretty but he rejected and said that it wasn't even close to enough for Hall ...

I agree that Barkov plus Pacioretty is not enough for Hall. But I think Stamkos and Hall will ultimately be pretty even, so I wouldn't add too much on top of Stammer to get Hall.

I think I’m leaning Hall but not all that interested in adding a kicker unless it’s value(or lack there of) warrants it. I think they’re in the same tier with Hall at the top of said Tier

I take the Hall side. I would have no problem throwing in a small kicker with what is on your waiver wire.

Would Patches be too much of a kicker? Offered him Stamkos/Patches but haven?t heard anything back yet.

Hmmm. Patches seems a tad more than I would like to add, but I think if you Pick up Zibbs to replace Stamkos and use Hall to replace Patches on LW it should come out in your favour IMO.

He rejected it anyway. I don't know what else to offer at this point that wouldn't be complete overkill. Think I'm just going to have to go Hall-less 😞

I would say they are fairly even. Hall will miss games bt have a slightly higher ppg. If you have an IR plus slot then I would offer a straight swap but not add anything
