I'd just stick with Rielly and Meier here.
First league in sig...as you can see my wingers (and, yes, goalie) situation is pretty dire.
This trade would seem to be fair IF Gardiner rebounds to last year and IF Rielly comes down from his ridiculous pace. Also IF Connor stays on the top line.
Should I hold out for a better deal? The pace the Leafs are scoring makes me loathe to lose any bona fide PP1 guys, and yet I desperately need to address my wingers.

I like the idea of using Rielly as trade bait, but I'm not sure if your D can afford to downgrade like that (I do think it's a downgrade). Werenski hasn't exactly been the juggernaut we were hoping he would be, Klefbom is pretty meh, and Chabot is still unproven.
I'd see if you can use Rielly to get a buy-low stud defenseman and maybe a slight upgrade elsewhere. Maybe see how the Karlsson/Burns owners are feeling right about now.
Goalies: If I'm pickin em you best be sittin em!
Rielly might be the next D to join the 70 point club I am not trading him for that package. If you can't get fair value for him right now wait a little longer when people start viewing him up there with the Doughtys of the world and flip him for a bonafide stud winger.

Meier isn't that far behind Connor (if he is at all) but Rielly is way ahead of Gardiner. big fat pass on this one.

I would stick with Rielly and Meier; if the leafs split their PP units like the last few years, I go Connor and Gardiner but that's not the case (so far)
Rielly > Gardiner
Meier < Connor
It is a fair trade offer in a vacuum but you can?t afford to downgrade on D. It would be hard to pass on Connor but I would keep what you have.
No way I move Morgan Rielly for that return. Gardiner is way behind Rielly, not just in terms of the #1 PP, but also shots on goal. Like other have said, Rielly may break out this year and post 60 + plus points. You need a much stronger return than Connor IMO.
As for Meier, he is no slouch with your categories either. May not even be that far off Connor by years end. Definitely go back to the drawing board and look elsewhere for an upgrade on forward.
